At My Neurodiversity Coach, we support neurodivergent adults as they navigate major life changes, educational and professional settings, and/or relationships. Our clients learn how to thrive in new settings, make connections, and stay organized.

Our mission is to help clients move from overwhelm to clarity, from confusion to confidence, and from survival to joy. We believe in a strengths-based approach that celebrates your neurodivergence and empowers you to thrive—together.

Meet Your Coach

As a parent of a neurodivergent child and a neurodivergent person myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to embark on a new professional, educational, parental or relationship journey. Staying organized while focusing on “getting it right” with something new can be so challenging.

I get it. And I’m here to help.

I’m Juliana, the founder of My Neurodiversity Coach. I’m a proud mom and seasoned educator and coach with over 20 years of experience helping people reach their goals. I started my career as an elementary school teacher, and eventually became a Principal where I led a school I founded from scratch for 10 years. I moved on to become a Managing Director of Leadership Development, where I completed an ICF training to become a leadership executive coach. During this time, I had the privilege of coaching young professionals, many of whom had ADHD, OCD, Anxiety, Autism or another form of neurodivergence.

Throughout my experience, I realized very quickly that neurodivergent adults needed a different type of coaching, one that holistically approached their unique skills and abilities leveraged their strengths to overcome their growths. There is often shame involved in seeing others so “on top of things,” when it feels like you have work ten times harder to keep up.

I’m here to change that.

That’s why I created My Neurodiversity Coach: to provide neurodivergent young adults and adults with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to not just stay afloat, but to thrive.

Our mission is to help clients move from overwhelm to clarity, from confusion to confidence, and from survival to joy. We believe in a strengths-based approach that celebrates your neurodivergence and empowers you to thrive—together.

Together, we will find your path to confidence and joy. Let’s start with a conversation.
